- We guarantee to deliver flowers in our free delivery zone if ordered before 4pm on the day the flowers are ordered.
- The flowers must be ordered before 4pm on the day of delivery. This timing is judged by the recorded time of the card transaction.
- Any order for which the payment is after 4pm we reserve the right to deliver the following morning (Sundays not included unless Mothers Day/Valentines Day.
- Flowers ordered will be as close to that as displayed on the website subject to variations in season and availability.
- We endeavour to be as close as possible to your request and we will always make attempts to contact you on your telephone as soon as the order is placed if there are difficulties in flower type or colour.
- The value of the bouquet or arrangement will always be to the value you have purchased regardless of the change in flower type or colour.
